FAQS

SHIPPING

Shipping is free Australia-wide for purchases over $100 and charged at a flat-rate of $10 for orders under $100.

For international shipping please contact me via the contact form with your shipping address and items you’d like to purchase and I can organise a quote.

RETURNS

A change of mind will not be considered however if for some reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased through the online shop, please contact me via the contact form or by email within five days of receiving your order to discuss the issue. Please note, if the issue cannot be resolved, only on the grounds that the product is not what was described online, can a full refund be made. If this is the outcome, the purchaser must arrange and cover the costs of return shipping. Please ensure the product is packaged and shipped safely as the product must be returned in its original state.

COMMISSION PRICES

All pieces will be lacquered, ready to hang and come with the accompanying story and a Certificate of Authenticity. Prices for commissions vary depending on size and turnaround time. Following an initial conversation to understand your needs, a quote will be provided for your consideration.

COMMISSION PAYMENT TERMS

Once the quote has been accepted the following payment schedule applies.

  • 25% deposit to begin the commission process.

  • 35% progress payment following completion and approval of the sketched concept.

  • 40% final payment payable prior to delivery.

COMMISSION SIZES

I work on ready-made stretched canvas and I can do up to size 48x60 inches for a standalone piece or I can combine different sizes into a set to create larger pieces. If you let me know the size of the space you are looking to display the artwork, I can suggest some options to consider.

COMMISSION TURNAROUND TIMES

4-12 weeks depending on the size. An estimated turnaround will be confirmed in the quote.

Acknowledgement of Country
