Productivity
Without Burnout

You're being pulled in a hundred directions, and it's costing you

Most leaders are stuck in constant reactivity. Back-to-back meetings. Endless priorities. No space to think.

The capability is there. The drive is there. But without clarity, capacity, and sustainable systems, productivity turns into exhaustion, not impact.

At Marrawuy Journeys, we help leaders reset how they work, lead, and show up, so productivity becomes sustainable, not draining.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO PRODUCTIVITY

We combine evidence-based leadership thinking, Indigenous storytelling principles, and creative wellbeing practices to support sustainable, high-performance leadership. Our services include:

KEYNOTES: Short, high-impact sessions that reset how leaders think about productivity, energy, and sustainable performance. Ideal for conferences, leadership forums, and organisational kick-offs.

WORKSHOPS: Practical 2-hour to half-day sessions that help teams strengthen focus, improve decision-making, and design sustainable ways of working. Best for teams who need immediate, usable tools.

PRODUCTIVITY PATHWAY: A structured three-session program that installs sustainable systems across nine domains of high performance. Designed for organisations ready to create lasting behaviour change.

Stop Guessing. Start Leading with Clarity.

Participant Experiences

The Yarpa Team participated in Marrawuy Journey's Pathway to Productivity workshop in June 2025.

This workshop provided my team with a clear understanding of what productivity is and how being productive across all aspects of work and life contribute to overall wellbeing and success.

Throughout the workshop, there were robust discussions around individual and collective productivity highlighting areas for improvement.

Following the workshop I made the decision to create an overall strategic plan for our team to ensure that when it comes to productivity at work, our energy and efforts are focused on what is important in order to achieve our goals.

Sarah was a great facilitator, she is patient allowing time for discussion and reflection, whilst also having the ability to pull everyone back in when things go off course. As a leader who understands the importance of being productive and not just busy, I cannot recommend this workshop enough.

The Pathways to Productivity Maturity Model (PPMM) workshop was a truly engaging and enriching experience. The model was presented in a way that was both easy to understand and highly accessible, making it approachable for participants from a range of backgrounds.

The interactive format was a standout feature. It created space for participants to pause, reflect, and connect with the material in a meaningful way. The artistic activity was particularly well-received by all staff present, inclusive, non-threatening, and beautifully facilitated. The way it was woven back into the discussion felt thoughtful and unhurried, which is rare and deeply appreciated.

Overall, the workshop was thoughtful, creative, and empowering. It struck a beautiful balance between structure and openness, and it’s clear that it has the potential to grow into something even more impactful.
