‘Courage’ is inspired by David Viscott’s quote, “If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.”

Sarah says: "David Viscott's quote rings true for me because when overwhelm threatens, I remind myself all I need to do is start. This first step may or may not be the right direction, but it is better than remaining stagnant. I have used distinct colours to represent this journey, beginning with the first step. The first step is in the black, representing poor visibility, the unknown. It is curiosity (yellow), then courage (orange) and finally action (red) that propels our journey forward. By that stage, we are well and truly on our journey, which began with taking that first step."
