Colours of Autumn - fine art print
The story behind 'Colours of Autumn'
Sarah says: Since moving down to Ngunnawal/Ngambri country over a decade ago from the Gold Coast, the colours of nature throughout the year never ceases to leave me in awe.
Whilst I love seeing the colours of spring and the new beginnings it represents, or the white frost that covers the landscape in winter, autumn must be my all-time favourite. I love seeing the transitional colours of the trees, and I had to capture them in a painting. Whilst autumn may represent loss, this quote by Angie Weiland-Crosby provides a more positive outlook to keep in mind when the leaves begin to fall, "Autumn whispered to the wind, "I fall, but always rise again."
