Kindness is one of my values and over the years I have made a conscious effort to place a greater focus on being kind - kind to others and to self. When I was younger I had the misconception that kindness was a sign of weakness when in actual fact, it’s the opposite. Being kind actually takes strength and courage and it can be difficult at times. I don’t always get it right but that's what makes me human.

To me Theodore Roosevelt sums up why it's worth persevering to bring more kindness to this world: “Nothing in the world is worth having or doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty...I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life. I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well.”

Limited edition prints are personally signed by the artist and editioned accordingly.
