Pathways of Leadership - fine art print
Story behind Pathways of leadership
"Pathways of Leadership" draws inspiration from my journey through the Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) program, highlighting the profound impact effective, inspiring, and compassionate leadership can have on personal growth.
This artwork features footprints representing myself and my eight EMBA associates, with the infinity symbol symbolising our enduring connection and subtly referencing our cohort number, number 8. The outward-facing footprints illustrate our diverse paths as we navigate our careers and lives post-program. Purple symbolises leadership, a cornerstone of our EMBA experience, while aqua represents communication and our commitment to staying connected. The array of colours in the footprints celebrates our individuality, blending harmoniously to showcase how our unique strengths complement each other, enhancing our collective impact.
Beyond this specific journey, "Pathways of Leadership" speaks to the universal theme of leadership and the invaluable support we receive from those who journeyed before us and alongside us. It symbolises our collective commitment to growth, learning, and mutual empowerment—values that are essential whether you're just starting your leadership journey or have journeyed far. It underscores the enduring connections we forge and the transformative power of leadership in fostering personal and collective success. May it inspire all who encounter it to embrace their own leadership paths and contribute to a brighter future.
